The Fitch Ratings agency affirmed the highest possible creditworthiness ratings of Warsaw, including the rating of the bond programme and the city’s bonds on the domestic market. Moody's Agency affirmed Warsaw’s creditworthiness assessment at A2 with a stable outlook.

Residents and tourists strolling along the illuminated streets of Warsaw has become a part of the Christmas tradition. The most frequented places are the Royal Route (Trakt Królewski) and the Old Town. Compared to the previous year, there is an additional treat – the winter display in the Multimedia Fountain Park.

For many, the time between Christmas and the New Year is a leisure time which has little to do with physical activity. As an alternative to the blissful idleness, the city encourages its residents to join the action “Warsaw, move your body after Christmas!”.

Warsaw is fighting smog
Three times more money on combating smog – PLN 12,000 for all Varsovians willing to replace their stoves. New measurement stations and air sensors, more street greenery and an improved work organisation of the municipal services – these are Warsaw’s priorities in overcoming the smog problem.
