Its continuously developing infrastructure and the availability of office spaces tailored to the needs of tenants are undoubtedly among the capital city’s assets. Warsaw offers access to office space with an area of over 5.4 million square metres, of which over half are class A offices. The factor considered by investors in their choices is access to talented workforce. almost 250,000 students, 60,000 graduates and more than 10,000 PhD students provides employers with broad access to highly qualified specialists.

Warsaw also boasts a high talent absorption index among Polish cities, as shown in the report “Poland Your Place to Invest” prepared for foreign investors looking for a place to locate their business. Furthermore, 81% of foreign investors asses the skills of Polish employees as appealing (source: the report “Poland's investment attractiveness”, EY, 2017).
