Flats for Varsovians
Over twelve years we have provided Varsovians with 20,000 flats, of which 17,000 were previously uninhabited premises. At the end of 2018 this number will increase to nearly 23,000. More than 3,600 social flats were created, including 550 built by Communal Building Societies (TBS).
Projects and redecorations of uninhabited premises are under way. More than 300 council flats are under construction. To compare, between 1996 and 2006 the then authorities built only 1750 council premises.
